New Clients:  schedule 5-7 days in advance.

Screening

Screening is required for all new clients and those with whom I last met more than two years ago.  To complete the screening process, please email me the following:

1. Your full legal name;
2. A few sentences about yourself and your career;
3. At least one of the following:

a.  A link either to your identify-verified LinkedIn profile or other legitimate, professional website that mentions you, your work, and your work email;
b.  A photo of your driver's license plus a selfie of you holding your license.

For P411 Members:  please message me directly from your P411 account and include your full legal name and either (a) or (b) from the above list.

Please note:

1.  The above information is usually sufficient for screening; if I need anything else, I'll let you know.  
2.  I'm unable to screen via phone calls, provider references, social media sites, or meeting in person.
3.  I'm the only one who sees your screening details.
4.  If I'm unable to screen you, I'm unable to see you.
